Mr. Renaud Beauchesne, Executive Chairman
Mr. Beauchesne has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Advitech inc. since the Company’s inception. Before founding Advitech, Mr. Beauchesne was an associate of a major Canadian consulting firm specializing in marketing and strategic planning with offices in Québec, Montréal, Ottawa and Paris (France). During this part of his career, Mr. Beauchesne developed a strong expertise in the development of bio-food and biotech companies, as well as strong ties with companies such as IngrediA, Agropur, Nestlé, Novartis andothers companies active in nutraceutical markets. Mr. Beauchesne has an MBA degree from Université Laval (Québec, Canada).

Dr. Réjean Drouin, Ph.D, Vice-President - R&D
Dr. Drouin joined Advitech in 2005. He has over 8 years of experience in the CRO and biotech industry and is co-author of more than six patents and patents pending, related to the development, manufacturing and use of bio-active compounds for the treatment of various medical conditions. Also, Dr Drouin is the author of several scientific publications and since 2005 he is an associate researcher at the Nutritional Department of Laval University (Quebec, Canada)

Dr. Olivier Moroni, Ph.D., Director Regulatory Affairs
Dr. Moroni joined the Advitech R&D team in 2007 as researcher and is Director of the Regulatory Affairs since late in 2007. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Microbiology, a Certificate in Genetic Engineering and a M.SC. degree in Food Microbiology from Université Laval (Québec, Canada). He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Food Science in early 2007. His Ph.D. work was done at Université Laval’s STELA research centre and at the Institute of Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods (INAF). He also worked as a research assistant at this university.

Mr. Christian Labbe, Adm.A., Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Labbe joined Advitech in 2007 as Financial Director. He has been appointed VP and CFO in January 2009. From 1997, he held various financial management positions with technological companies mainly financed with venture capital, where he was responsible for accounting, finances and administration. He worked, among others, with HexaVision Technology, Adept Technology and Envirogain. Mr. Labbe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université Laval (Québec, Canada) with a specialization in accounting, and he is a member of the Ordre des Administrateurs Agréés du Québec.

Mrs. Pascale LaCerte, Director of Sales and Customer Service
Mrs. Lacerte joined Advitech in January 2009 as a Director of Sales and Customer Service. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, from Laval University (Quebec, Canada) and a Masters in Business Adminsitration, with a specialization in marketing from HEC (Montreal, Canada). Mrs. LaCerte has worked in several different industries, occupying different functions relating to sales as well as marketing.
